We are looking for a Senior Harness Engineer.

As Harness Subsystem Engineer of space system, the main activities are:

Support the system as harness specialist to critically review applicable requirements for Harness aspects.

Contribute to System Technical specifications (Harness requirements definition).

Prepare and maintain Harness specification and SoW for Harness manufacturing subcontractor selection.

Support Harness manufacturing subcontractor ITT selection, clarification, negotiation and technical follow-on.

Review Harness subcontractor design documentation, test procedure and reports.

Prepare and maintain the Electrical harness EICD.

Support in review unit's part stress and worst case analyses.

Participate/manage Harness subsystem review and meetings with subcontractor.

Support Harness subsystem requirement closure.

Processing NCR's, RFW's implicating the Harness topics.

Educational Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace or equivalent.

Job Experience: Experience in electrical systems and harness development.

Software Knowledge: MS Office package (Word, Excel, Access).

Knowledge to use scientific/engineering tools and SW like Matlab/Simulink, MathCad, Spice, Visual Basic.

Knowledge to use 3D CAD and harness routing.

Languages: English (mandatory).

French (optional).

Availability for short/medium business trips in Italy or abroad.
