We are hiring an Electrical Project Engineer for our Assago (Milano) office.

The resource will be part of the internal engineering team and will develop electrical design of HV/MV/LV systems, with an EPC approach, for Power sectors (generation, transmission and distribution), renewable energies and industrial environment in general, both for Italy markets and abroad.

The responsibilities of the resource will include the development and issuance of typical engineering documentation, encompassing but not limited to: Electrical Design Criteria Design calculations Electrical schematics Technical purchase specifications - Technical Instructions to Bidders Electrical layout and installation drawings Cable ways Lighting system Earthing system Responsibilities: Act as the Electrical Discipline Lead for assigned projects.

Check and validate documentation issued by external or internal collaborators.

Identify and propose cost-optimized solutions proactively.

Support Proposal Engineers during the bidding stage.

Requirements: Electrical Engineering degree or technical school graduation with a focus on electrical engineering.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably gained in Contractor Companies.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Knowledge of electrical calculation tools for networks and cable sizing.

Proficient with the MS Office package.

Availability for short site missions, particularly during the commissioning stage of designed systems.

Self-starting spirit, flexibility, adaptability, and a result-oriented approach.

The knowledge of electrical substations, transformation stations, ground-based PV plants, connection to the grid of power generation plants, are preferable.

Job Location: Assago (Milano), near M2 metro station.
