He/She might be dedicated full time or part-time to the project according to specific needs. The Specialist reports functionally to the Project Leader or the Group Leader for the peculiarities of the project and hierarchically to the Head of Department for man-hours and the quality of the deliverables. Key Activities & Responsibilities: Guarantee the quality of the deliverables generated and their compliance with the contractual requirements of the project contracts satisfying the assigned budget and time schedule; Assist the Group Leader or the Head of Department in guaranteeing the application and the continuous updating of the department and company standards, procedures, and work instructions; Attend technical training as per department and Company needs and exchange experience with colleagues of the entire Tecnimont Group for new Design techniques; Keep up-to-date about the technical specific improvement of the discipline and transfer the knowledge to other specialists and engineers; Monitor the market about the "State of Art" to provide technical and commercial evaluations about new products, technologies, workflows, applications, and so forth; Develop the overall activities related to the assigned tasks within the assigned projects, including production of specifications, reports, and other design documents, performing calculations, technical management of the supply of components and systems, and secure assistance, if required, during factory testing and start-up on site. Personal Attributes: Degree in Electrical Engineering or High School Diploma in Electrotechnics with adequate additional experience; Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical engineering in engineering companies or manufacturers of electrical machinery or switchgear; Fluent English speaker and writer; Availability to travel even for long periods in Italy and abroad.
