We are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Supervisor to join our Italian team.

In the role of Electrical Supervisor, you will work on our project sites in Italy and, if needed, also support other countries in the region.

YOUR TASKS During the project installation/finishing phase, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling mainly, but not exclusively, the electrical works executed on-site by the subcontractor in the following areas:

Fulfillment and respect of the HSE requirements on-site and intervening should the requirements not be respected or fulfilledQuantity and quality of the electrical work in accordance with the related instructionsTimely completion of the work to ensure proper commissioning of the wind turbineYour further tasks include:

Guiding the subcontracted parties involved in installation and finishingChecking proper electrical installationsInitiating corrective actions aimed at eliminating defects to be executed by the subcontractorControlling the correctness and completeness of site-related reportsCollecting and forwarding technical specificationsReporting the status of site activitiesExecuting quality checks on-site, including reportingActive participation in site meetings (toolbox talks)Notifying the site manager of defective or missing parts for replacementYOUR PROFILE: Completed vocational training in Electronics/Mechatronics or a similar fieldProfound knowledge and experience in Low and Mid-VoltageSeveral years of vocational experience as an Electrician on wind farms with in-depth technical knowledge of wind turbinesGood English language skills (read, write, and speak fluently)Project Management SkillsClear judgment and result-focusedAbility to solve problemsWillingness to travel without restrictionsAbility to work at heightsResilience and tolerance of frustrationGood computer skills, especially in MS OfficeInternational car driving licenseYOUR BENEFITS: In addition to the opportunity to contribute to a more sustainable world, we offer you:
