We are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Supervisor to join our Italian team. In the role of Electrical Supervisor, you will work on our project sites in Italy and, if needed, also support other countries in the region. YOUR TASKS During the project installation/finishing phase, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling mainly, but not exclusively, the electrical works executed on-site by the subcontractor in the following areas: Fulfillment and respect of the HSE requirements on-site and intervening should the requirements not be respected or fulfilled Quantity and quality of the electrical work in accordance with the related instructions Timely completion of the work to ensure proper commissioning of the wind turbine Your further tasks include: Guiding the subcontracted parties involved in installation and finishing Checking proper electrical installations Initiating corrective actions aimed at eliminating defects to be executed by the subcontractor Controlling the correctness and completeness of site-related reports Collecting and forwarding technical specifications Reporting the status of site activities Executing quality checks on-site, including reporting Active participation in site meetings (toolbox talks) Notifying the site manager of defective or missing parts for replacement YOUR PROFILE: Completed vocational training in Electronics/Mechatronics or a similar field Profound knowledge and experience in Low and Mid-Voltage Several years of vocational experience as an Electrician on wind farms with in-depth technical knowledge of wind turbines Good English language skills (read, write, and speak fluently) Project Management Skills Clear judgment and result-focused Ability to solve problems Willingness to travel without restrictions Ability to work at heights Resilience and tolerance of frustration Good computer skills, especially in MS Office International car driving license YOUR BENEFITS: In addition to the opportunity to contribute to a more sustainable world, we offer you: Some offers may vary by location At Nordex, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
