**Position: Electrical Supervisor
**Project: 560 MW solar plant in the Kilkis area of Greece.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrical Technician, specifically in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar power plants.
- Strong background in electrical systems, including substations, transmission grids, and electrical infrastructure for large-scale solar PV plants.
- Familiarity with electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning procedures for solar power plants.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards applicable in Greece.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities for the solar power plant.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Develop and implement electrical maintenance and inspection schedules to ensure the reliable operation of the plant's electrical systems.
- Liaise with the project management team, electrical contractors, and grid operators to ensure seamless integration of the solar plant into the local transmission grid.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Maintain detailed records of electrical system performance, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, electrical system performance data, and any other required documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Professional certification or license in electrical engineering or supervision, preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage the electrical team and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for electrical system design, monitoring, and data analysis.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to project changes as needed.
The duration of the role is 24 months, which is a typical project timeline for a large-scale solar power plant construction and commissioning phase.
