We are currently looking for a **Electrification Connectivity Deputy Manager** in Milan.

The **Electrification Connectivity Deputy Manager (ECDM)** develops future strategies of electrification connectivity by collecting and managing every source of information from local and foreign markets.

S/he generates and promotes new ideas to deliver successful strategies for these businesses, creating value for KIA and its customers.

The scope of this role is to enable KIA to provide the most advanced, digitalized, and innovative solutions.

With reference to Electrification, ECDM is in charge of services and hardware, linked to the entire lifecycle of a "green" car and its eco-system.

To pursue this target, s/he also looks for the easiest way to communicate with customers providing "reasons why" for EV to improve their knowledge.

Concerning Connectivity, ECDM is responsible for connected services involving cars, people, infrastructure which generate "big data" to be managed and analyzed.

In strong cooperation with colleagues, headquarters and external suppliers, ECDM takes care of Electrification by:

- Developing B2C B2B solutions for charging services (private and public)

- Supporting KiaCharge APP developments and functionalities integrated with other KIA services (e. g.

KiaConnect, Wible, etc)

- Promoting the activation of KiaCharge

- Making competitors benchmarking to remain competitive in the market

- Exploiting as much as possible the partnership with charging stations supplier

- Contribute to commercial strategy to increase value proposition of new EV car sales

- Supporting PA dept to prepare new strategies favoring EV business: convenience for customers profitability for Dealers

- Monitoring and updating plans, timelines and related KPIs

To be successful in this role, ECDM needs to be always updated about public administration's initiatives, tenders or requirements, to facilitate the connection between KIA and the territory.

In addition, s/he is expected to be expert in national/local regulations (e. g.

CO2), energy supply chain (e. g.

CPO, MSP, etc), consumer preferences technology.

S/he also develops Connectivity business by:

- Exploiting onboard telematics to evaluate integrations and developments for different usage (e. g.

Usage based insurance, TestDrive, rental, etc)

- Making benchmarking with competitors in terms of functionalities and services

- Analyzing customer data coming from KiaConnect (e. g.

Tableau source) to propose offers or actions

ECDM will develop and improve every kind of connected solutions that KIA will adopt (e. g.

Vehicle to infrastructure, vehicle to vehicle, vehicle to cloud, etc ).

In both Electrification and Connectivity, ECDM defines way to create data monetization and profit for KIA.

Degree in Economics/Engineering

**Skills**:

- Italian: fluent, spoken and written

- English: fluent, spoken and written

- MS-office proficient, with excellent Excel and PPT skills

- High interest in Electrification sustainability

- Technical knowledge of EV cars infrastructure

- Keen in digitization, software and telematics

- IT systems management

The position will be based in Milan and we offer a permanent contract.
