Our team The Electro drives "day by day" maintenance activities, carried-out by internal testing maintenance workers and Contractors, related to the equipment of the testing area.

In detail, we are responsible for analyzing and maintaining the testing center machinery and equipment at Massa and Avenza test center, making critical decisions in a timely manner and meet safety and quality jobs for the major asset as:

Induction electric motors, Generators, Continuous electric motors, MV and LV switchgears, Control panels, PLC control system, UPS, Electric technical room, Inverter, Variable frequency drive, Power system protection, Lube oil system, Control valve, Gear box and Heat exchanger.

The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician manages work orders with computer maintenance management system software and findings reports throughout the process of root analysis and troubleshooting process.

You will follow up preventive/predictive maintenances and troubleshooting on various types of machinery and equipment that require technical knowledge.

Work closely with the Manager in assigned area, providing him with weekly metrics on performance, schedules on critical repairs, as well as daily updates on critical equipment.

As Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for:

- Performing as reference point of contact with Equipment OEM and parts vendors.

- Supervising repair, assembling and installation of components for electrical system.

- Coordinating inspections on electrical, PLC systems, valves.

gearbox, heat exchanger.

- Participating in safety initiatives.

- Working closely with Testing Engineers in the review of machines preparing maintenance schedules and determine the necessary spare parts levels.

- Working with drawings, schematics, data sheet, P&I and wiring diagrams.

- Liaising with OEM, external vendor on equipment repair.

- Analyzing and diagnosing cause of malfunctions, failures, and repetitive problems and recommend and implement proper corrective actions.

To be successful in this role you will

- Have an Associate degree in a technical field from an High School Diploma or accredited University.

- Be able to read equipment manuals, electrical wiring diagrams, and other specifications to identify repair method for failed components.

- Have knowledge of electrical and PLC System principles.

- Professional proficiency in Italian
