About the Role

We are looking for an

** Electronic Project Leader **who will focus on the development of power electronics to control the Technogym Equipments, working closely with the R&D Department colleagues.

Responsibilities

- Co-design partnerships development and sharing of the technical and technological roadmap

- Definition of evolutionary roadmaps for motor drivers, power conversion and related sensors

- Modular systems definition and deployment of the requirements and functional, reliability and regulatory specifications to be developed in outsourcing

- Planning, coordination and control of outsourced development activities and their integration within the specific product development plans

- Participation to and management of equipment certification activities on which the systems are implemented

- Management of specifications and project documentation

Requirements

- Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering

- 3-5 years of previous experience in automotive sector and/or industrial equipment on power conversion and/or power drivers development

- Knowledge of microcontroller-based digital electronics

- Power electronics hw/sw skills (inverters, brushless/asynchronous/reluctance motors, power supplies, generators, etc. . . )

- Automation and Control skills

- Measurement techniques knowledge and ability

- Knowledge of Design to Cost techniques and ability to use them profitably in the context of development with target cost objectives

- Project Management, Problem Solving

- Strong aptitude for planning and controlling internal and external activities

- Good teamworking and work planning and organization skills
