**Electronics Technician

**Job Overview**: We are looking for a Technician to perform assembling activities with P&P Machine and Tin soldering of some small prototype batches and follow the warehouse maintenance.

Testing of Demo PCAB and product.

Rework on small batches of PCBA.

Test full product efficiency and thermal performances.

In particular:

- Prototyping:

- Sample rework, assembly and painting

- PCBA Assembly with Pick & Place machine and manual soldering

- Testing:

- Efficiency tests

- Ripple & noise test

- Thermal test (whole product and single component)

- Hi-pot testing

- No load and stand by current

- Reporting:

- Define whether samples complies to EE specification

DIMENSIONS/BUSINESS METRICS:

- Development:

- Number of test report

- Prototyping:

- Prototype finishing time

- Assembly P&P time vs BOM item number

- Testing:

- Testing coverage

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (as per the Annual MBO)

- Number of test loop repeated / Number of test loop

- Assembly issue / No assembly issue

- Manufacturing delay (days) (components ordering, machine setup, ) / planned activity

**Reports To

The Technician will report directly to the Head of Engineering.

**Qualifications and Background****:

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of HW components

- Basic knowledge of CAD (Altium preferred)

- Instrument datasheet reading and comprehension

- Good manuality on components assembly

- Google documents or sheets (or EXCEL, Word, Powerpoint), Outlook,

- AC Power supply, Power Analyzer, Electronic Load, multimeter

- Good knowledge of English (B1 or higher in reading)

- Electronic high school graduate> 85/100 final marks
