In particular: Monitoring feedback system; verifying document supporting the Certification; ensuring that the POE is prepared, updated and managed by System Description function; coordination for obtaining the necessary document, with the support of System Description and Monitoring functions, to be submitted to the Authority for the required changes and ensuring the distribution of the approved amendments inside the Organization; In case of external audits performed by the Authority, if Quality Manager delegation available, is the interface between the PO and the Authority, regarding quality matters; Analyze the amendments of the applicable regulations to identify any impact on the Exposition and the procedures, with the involvement and the support of System Description Function and Responsible Manager as applicable.
