We have a fantastic opportunity as Email Marketing Intern to join our experienced Email Marketing Team in Milan city. We are looking for a passionate and curious individual, eager to learn and experiment, to join our email marketing team, managing a community of +90M users. As an Email Marketing Intern at Jobrapido, you will gain hands-on experience in daily email execution and reporting, working closely with business stakeholders to provide actionable insights.

This internship will focus heavily on learning and exploring new digital tools, while contributing to high-quality, personalized communications. You will work with the Traffic team, responsible for community traffic, and collaborate with technical teams, such as Product Development and Business Intelligence, gaining exposure to various digital environments. Key Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with day-to-day email marketing campaigns and contribute to the planning of the email marketing calendar for 45 countries. Learn and operate technical platforms with a hands-on approach. Help define marketing plans with specific actions aimed at improving user engagement, analyzing results to provide insights. Develop project management skills by working on various campaigns. Explore different methodologies and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of email campaigns and gather insights on user behavior. To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:A keen interest in digital marketing and a strong desire to learn. Familiarity with data-driven approaches and analytical thinking. Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of SQL and HTML is a plus). Strong communication skills, both in English and Italian. A positive attitude and eagerness to take initiative.
