The successful applicant (M/F/d) is a field service technician with several years of professional experience and corresponding technical qualifications, who aspires to a career in an innovative, globally operating company and is distinguished by his/her adaptable and decisive way of working in a dynamic environment with strong competition.

Tasks

- take care of the systems provided by Honeywell at our customers' locations (Key End Customer) in a specific region within Europe and establish a close relationship with site managers and personnel.

- The activities of the Embedded Field Technician are a complement to customer support from the head office and to the customer support of the field service technicians who are on site for repairs and maintenance/maintenance.

Thus, the Embedded Field Technician is the interface between our customer, our office support and our external service technicians.

**Requirements**:

- Basic technical understanding, qualification and experience in the field of mechanics/electrical/control technology.

- Practical experience as a field technician that ideally allows you to solve any kind of problem.

- Basic knowledge of the systems including third parties (e. g.

PLC, scanner).

- A basic understanding of the organization, processes, requirements, and issues of the customer location.

- Joy at work and talking to people, but not afraid to assert the interest of the company if necessary.

- Passioned and talented to sell.

- Joy of learning and development.

- Willingness to travel and responsiveness to urgent calls.

- Knowledge of Italian and English at a fluent level.

German would be good but not needed.

- Using normal Office toolsets for reporting and communication.
