– Embedded Software Designer (M/F) Role: Embedded software designer

Place: Modena (Italy)

Duration: Permanent (or for a specific project)

Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibility: The resource will work in close collaboration with a team of hardware, firmware, software designers and will have to deal with the programming of embedded systems.

Requirements:

– Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering.

– Minimum of 3 years of C, C ++, Bash, Python programming experience.

– Programming skills in embedded environments.

– Experience in the use of microcontrollers (e. g. , MSP430, ATxmega, 8051-based, etc).

– Experience in managing TCP / IP, UDP, MQTT communications.

– Experiences in the use of communication standards such as USB, RS485, RS232, Ethernet, etc.

– Experience in managing Linux OS and its configuration.

– Knowledge of wireless protocols, such as LoRa, ZigBee, 802. 15. 4, Bluetooth.

– Knowledge of software dedicated to database management.

– Good knowledge of the English language.

The ability to work in a team and for objectives completes personal requirements.

The research is aimed at both sexes (L. 125 / 91).
