TMC Italia is looking for a SW Engineer based in our customer's premises to provide support to the flight software satellite fleet and other spacecrafts under development. Responsibilities will include:Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, focusing on requirements elicitation, coding, debugging and integration with the flight hardwareValidation of features including integration with software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop test suitesScouting of the latest technologies within embedded software development and driving their adoption within the groupContributing to the continuous improvement of the teams processes and methodologiesSupport to AIV activities and spaceflight operationsWhat we expect from you:Experience in embedded software developmentExperience delivering embedded software in any C-family languageKnowledge of real-time operating systems (such as RTEMS or FreeRTOS) and/or operating systems targeted for embedded applications (such as any embedded Linux)Knowledge of any typical embedded communication interfaces such as USART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, TCP/UDP IPNice to have: knowledge of processing architecture, SoC Xilinx Zynq Ultrascale+Nice to have: knowledge of avionic bus ARINC-429 and MIL-STD-1553Nice to have: knowledge of MIL-STD-498 e DO178CItalian C2 and English B2TMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that brings expertise to their clients in order to support them with the realization of their technological challenges.
