WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

You will contribute to the management of all the activities related to Mobility processes in EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) System for Consulting Team.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Managing relationship with resources interested in mobility opportunities, both for EMC offices or abroad;

- Managing of pipeline of requests according to pyramid and budget requirements;

- Interacting with global mobility team to align on policies, process and needs;

- Contributing to the update for cohort policies and department analyses;

- Updating of all HR databases;

- Cooperating with Local Talent Management Team.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Experience_:

- 2-3 years of professional experience preferably in a professional services/multinational company.

HR experience and visa-related knowledge would be a plus

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

- Technical Skills_:

- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in Italian and English;

- Advanced level experience with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook;

- Comfortable with the use of data based systems and report running.

- Attributes_:

- Attention to details, excellent organization skills and flexibility, attitude for working under pressure and for respecting deadlines, which are often very strict;

- Good interpersonal skills;

- Confidence with advanced analytics;

- Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as to work in team;

- Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests;

- Ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential material and information appropriately.
