COMPANY PROFILE:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Responsible for Audiovisuals of the CNH Industrial Agriculture Brands (New Holland AG, Case IH, Steyr), to support the Brands strategies and product launches.

He/she is a flexible technical and managerial resource with organizational, relational and mediation skills.

Skilled in solving complex problems.

Intermediary between the artistic, technical and financial parts of the production, must possess charisma and leadership to be listened to and respected by colleagues and suppliers.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Creation of briefs

- Shooting supervision

- Coordinate feedback and final delivery

- Contribute to Advertising concept

- A flexible and creative approach to problem solving

- Project Management & Budget Management skills

- Coordinate the preparation and realization of the different videoshooting sessions in cooperation with Product Support and the suppliers.

- Give the same support as above for special market, training or internal communication projects

- Propose, coordinate and supervise the audiovisual planning and the realizations phases of events such as dealer conventions, product launches, press meetings, training meetings for the New Holland brand and other internal departments

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Willingness to travel locally and Internationally

- English and additional European language

- Good computer skills, SAP system, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, who possibly understands the dynamics of shooting and video editing with the knowledge of CNH Industrial Purchasing processes

- 2-3 years' experience in Brand Communications roles

- Experience within the agricultural industry advantageous
