As an EMEA Central Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the Regional Distribution strategy of our Connected Secure Systems (CSS) division in coordination with the Distribution, EMS & Mass Market Group (DEM).

In your new role you will:

- **Lead a team of Central Marketing Managers **as they drive sales growth by strategic development of the business through the Distribution partner channel;

- **Plan and execute the Regional Distribution strategy for CSS **by supporting relationships with distributors in coordination with DEM team;

- **Coordinate with regional DEM team and Distribution Marketing **to ensure support for the regional distributors;

- **Provide distribution market intelligence and data analytics **from a regional perspective;

- **Approve pricing exceptions **for the regional distribution;

- Be **responsible for delivering Global G2M Initiatives **to Regional Distributors, including training, collaterals and results related to such activities.

Please note that this role can be fulfilled in Langen, Milan, Munich, Paris or Redhill.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

- A University **degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering **or similar field of studies;

- 15 years of **experience in the semiconductor industry **of which 5 years should be **in Distribution Management **;

- Background in **asset and inventory management **;

- Experience **interacting at CEO level **within Regional Distributors;

- **Fluency in English **.
