Description and RequirementsThis position is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual with exceptional business and product management skills to be part of a high-performance organization within a leading global computer manufacturer. You will closely collaborate in a multicultural environment with countries to build solid and sustainable quarterly business plans considering the different aspects of the Marketing Mix such as Channel Strategy and Product Positioning mix for SMB business as well as activities to drive Relationship accounts.
The EMEA Commercial Accessories leader will be responsible for developing and implementing Lenovo's strategy to drive growth and success across all commercial segments. This role is pivotal in managing the EMEA strategy and the Markets execution day-to-day to promote the attach business as well as the standalone opportunities for all the accessory categories: docking stations, inputs, video, audio, components, security, etc.
Responsibilities: Lead a team of 4 people (direct line) for product and business management, and close collaboration with all the countries accessory business stakeholders (dotted line). Represent and drive growth for the EMEA business in SMB, Enterprise, Public Sector and Global Accounts. Put in place weekly BMS with worldwide, EMEA and countries stakeholders, including QBR reviews and Forecast calls. Review market analysis, including sell in and sales out, categories mix, for the channel sales, as well as looking at pipeline and historical purchases for Relationship business. Drive initiatives to maximize share, mix, margin and overall product contribution to the portfolio & business, including influencing and engaging Marketing budgets and stakeholders. Be the spokesperson for the Accessory category internally and externally, including events participation and customer meetings if needed. Ensure accurate forecasting for relevant products with Demand team & GSC. Control the countries management of gross to net budget (GTN), including tactical pricing dollars needed to drive execution of campaigns. Evaluate performance against plan at appropriate intervals (e. g. , weekly, monthly) with segments sales leaders and make corrective actions to keep on track to achieve goals. Effectively differentiate Lenovo offerings from competitive alternatives and create distinct customer preference for Lenovo offerings. Feedback competitive costs and specifications details to WW team to help portfolio definition and appropriate positioning and product messaging. Qualifications: 5+ years experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of the commercial accessories business, preferably at the EMEA level if not at a country level across all the commercial customers segments. P&L management skills: Proven track record of managing P&L, delivering revenue growth, and achieving profitability through efficient financial management. Strategic planning expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing business plans that drive both long-term growth and immediate sales performance. Sales-driven mentality: A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and seize new opportunities. Strong people management and interpersonal skills & keen attention to details. Leadership and coaching abilities: Experience leading teams, coaching, and setting clear goals, with a focus on developing talent and managing both high performers and low contributors. Excellent communication skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior management and key decision-makers across internal and external stakeholders. Analytical and organized: Ability to structure planning processes, analyze data, and implement a cadence that ensures execution and forecasting accuracy.
