Job opportunity - Vertiv is looking for new EMEA Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bologna, Italy!

What kind of work will you be doing? Develop and implement an integrated communication strategy aligned with the company's objectives and values. Create compelling and engaging content for internal and external channels, including newsletters, intranet, blog posts, and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify communication needs and develop targeted messaging for various audiences. Manage the company's internal communication platforms, ensuring timely and relevant updates are shared with employees. Serve as a liaison between departments to gather content, stories, and updates for dissemination across channels. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for thought leadership and proactive communication. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Support executive leadership in crafting key messages, presentations, and other communication assets for internal and external events. What Would Be the Perfect Qualifications? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in content creation, internal communications, or related roles, preferably in the technology industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences. Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies that drive engagement and alignment. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation. Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus. TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED: 15-20%
