Job DescriptionLead a team of customer relationship managers based in various region in EMEA.
This team, has a strategic touch point with focus accounts.
Liaison between customers and manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing, and accounting to resolve high level supply chain/operation issues.
Work collaboratively with the Global CRM program group.
Design project planning based on customer's need.

An outstanding Customer Relationship Manager will work closely with Sales and Accounts Managers to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients and is a team player with leadership skills. You are comfortable jumping in with no hand holding, you create & own the role. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Business Management or equivalent experienceFluent English, multilanguage capability is a plus (German, French, Dutch, Italian etc.
)Well-developed analytical and critical thinking skillsExecutive presence, capability to present and communicate with senior leadership in RA and customer. Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to seek opportunities to deliver new values for the organization. Can-do attitude, agile in executionAbility to meet deadlines. Good understanding of end2end supply chain with ability to collaborate within the organization at all levels. Cross cultural intelligence, ability to operate in different cultural settings.
