**What makes you, makes Zegna

As Health Safety Environment Manager, you will provide guidance and leadership on health and safety matters to the business owner and you will be responsible for the developing, implementing, and managing health and safety policies and procedures in the company workplaces ensuring compliance to health and safety local requirements for all EMEA region.

- Ensure that the organisation meets health and safety local requirements and all agreed company objectives

- Collaborate with business owner to define, update and implement safety policies and procedures guaranteeing an effective communication to the organization

- Ensure that appropriate risk mitigation/control measures are in place

- Conduct regular HSE internal audits and represent the Company when being audited from other parties

- Coordinate the HSE training process according to local requirement ensuring the delivery

- Design and implement initiatives to reduce and prevent accidents in the company workplaces

- Monitor HSE regulatory requirements and manage the related documentation

- Lead environmental and disposal processes to ensure company and regulatory requirements are met in relation to hazardous/special waste management, water discharge & air permitting obligations

We're looking for someone with:

- 4-5 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environmental positions in structured and multi business company (retail business nice to have);

- Fluent English, other languages a plus

- Preferably graduated in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

- Professional certification for exercising the profession of Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician (nice to have).
