**What we are looking for
Join Amplifon's international HR team and help shape the future of an exciting industry at the intersection of Retail and Med Tech.
We are looking for a talented and committed Intern for our Corporate and EMEA Talent Acquisition Team to support Amplifon's growth.
Besides the opportunity of learning and experiencing how a global, fast-paced HR group function works you will play a key role in being involved in several Recruiting and Talent Acquisition activities.
Main activities you will be involved in:
- Support active sourcing on Linkedin, job posting, and CV screening activities
- Support the organization and scheduling of interviews and group assessments
- Support hoc related recruiting projects.
- Take part in on-campus events in order to collect CVs and strengthen Amplifon's Employer Brand
- Keep relationships with key local and international partners to guarantee sourcing for the Internship and Graduate Programs
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Degree in Umanistic or Economics field, HR background is a plus
- Fluent in English, a second language is a plus (German and French are highly valued)
- Willingness to work in an international environment
- Critical thinking, a clear and open communication, relational and team building skills
- Willing to drive successful outputs
