EMEA Indirect Procurement ManagerWe are looking for a full time EMEA Indirect Procurement Manager to join a Global Multi Billion FMCG Company based in Italy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in procurement, negotiation, and Capex procurement. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of indirect procurement for our EMEA region, including sourcing, negotiating, and contract management.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of indirect procurement for the EMEA region, including sourcing, negotiating, and contract managementDevelop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's overall business goalsWork with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activitiesNegotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliersManage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with all company policies and proceduresTrack and report on procurement spend and performanceQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a global or multinational companyStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
