We are seeking an Integrated Comms Strategy Manager to join our EMEA Integrated Comms Strategy (ICS) team.
This role is responsible for Integrated Comms Strategy of consumer-facing campaigns for Portal in EMEA.
The Integrated Comms Strategy Manager will help drive innovative and fresh communications strategies and tactics, while maintaining a consistent brand across audience/consumer touchpoints.
Integrated Comms Strategy Managers will manage the campaign strategy for outbound marketing communications including ecosystem strategy, messaging frameworks, media planning (paid media, partnerships, outbound paid media) and its impacts on shared, owned, and earned communications.
In addition, ICS Managers will work closely with internal creative and external agency teams to ensure a comms platform is properly integrated across the channels to deliver on Portal comms tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
- Requires deep connection with broader cross-functional teams to help define: audiences, barriers, communication tasks, and journey mapping/ecosystem definition of communication vehicles that will offer the most effective. outcomes.
- Close attention to detail will be essential as Integrated Comms Strategy Managers oversee how to weave various communications and messages into concise and focused communication streams that will engage and empower integrated marketing plans.
- This role will involve both innovation and implementation skillsets.
Tactical and campaign execution expertise will be valued greatly.
The ability to use insights to drive decisions is a must have.
- Execute large scale brand and media partnership investments across TV, OOH, Digital, Performance, Audio, and Video Streaming in conjunction with media agency of record.
- Management of external media AOR and coordination with creative, production, and execution agencies.
- Measuring performance and outcomes of messages in market and tracking communications performance will help us inform future decisions and investments.
This role will help shape and drive learning agendas in conjunction with data science and marketing insights teams.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Multiple years of experience in media, either in strategy or cross channel planning roles, with an understanding of the planning process, brand and DR KPIs, audience planning, optimisations, and reporting.
- Proven success in delivering results for media / communication campaigns.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in the evolving world of data, attribution, and media testing.
- Experience across short
- and long-term measurement approaches, the strategic use of first-party data, and the next generation of attribution.
Ability to effectively communicate with confidence and act as a cross-functional connector, experience advocating for the role of media.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
