**ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are looking for young talents, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Sedico Logistics Hub.

You will be in charge of the logistics back-office customer service activities for all flows distribuited from Sedico Distribution Center to the markets.

These will be your major responsibilities:

- Monitoring of overall order fulfillment and delivery for ECOM, Retail and Wholesale markets, related to all the product category shipped from Sedico DC (finished frames, accessories, samples, contact lenses, marketing material, apparel&footwears).

- Monitoring of logistics performances including but not limited to on-time order processing and delivery, wip ageing, logistics backorder, delivery exceptions.

- Monitoring of the order portfolio status and eventual release in line with market expectation and requirements, taking into consideration business targets, planning forecast, operations and transportation capability.

- Owner of the communication on behalf of the DC operations with internal customers such as commercial subsidiaries, business references, project leaders.

- Owner of the set of system settings enabling the automatic warehouse to match customer requests in terms of warehouse and delivery value added services (documents, labels, delivery window, etc.

).

- Initial contact point for any commercial initiative requiring logistics services

**PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

You know you are a Luxottican when you recognize yourself in our 4 characteristics (imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple and fast) and:

- Master degree in Economics/Engineering (or Foreign Languages with strong technical attitude).

- Min 5-6 years of experience in back-office customer service / logistics project management in organized logistics sector

- Min 2-3 years of experience in people management

- Analytical, facts and figures decision based

- Strong commercial and emphatic approach

- Fluent in English, other language will be a plus

- Proficient using MS Office and MRP (SAP will a plus)

- Available for Business trips

- Experience of stakeholder management in a complex global environment

- Strategic thinking

- Strong influencing skills

- Good communicator across all levels both towards internal stakeholder

- Target Oriented

- Demonstrable problem solving skills with an ability to manage complexity and ambiguity

- Excellent self-management practices
