**The job**:
Join us as our new EMEA Regional Market Development Manager (RMD) where you will lead the transformation of business strategy into inspiring regional marketing that creates customer value, revenue and growth.
The role partners with the Global Market Development team and other internal partners to develop and implement the EMEA Cell Biology marketing strategy for our portfolio of cell culture essential products including media, plastics and sera.
Driving impactful marketing activities that elevate our thought leadership with customers is a key priority for this role, along with enabling our commercial organisation and channel partners to deliver EMEA Marketing revenue and achieve business financial goals.
This role is being offered as hybrid (4 days office and 1 day at home) based at our offices in any of the following locations: Inchinnan, Scotland; Darmstadt, Germany; Milan, Italy; Madrid, Spain; or Paris, France.
Some international travel may be required, up to a max of 25% per annum, including some overnight stays.
**What will you do?
- Demonstrate insights into our customers and how our capabilities address their business-critical needs.
Position campaigns with a "customer-first" point of view
- Work closely with our global marketing, regional marketing, commercial managers and sales teams on marketing program development and implementation
- Develop and realise the EMEA marketing strategy and plan.
Analyse marketing performance and adjust campaigns to deliver against incremental revenue goals, accelerating demand in the EMEA region
- Launch New Product Introductions (NPIs) to customers and partners to achieve revenue targets, aligning with product management and commercial managers
- Partner with our Marketing Operations team to deploy campaigns and tactical plans, maximising on the breadth of marketing channels
- Enable our sales channels by providing impactful marketing, tools and training to achieve financial and campaign goals
- Regularly work with and present to senior leadership and perform detailed analysis and reporting around business performance, customers, markets and segments
- Own the regional portfolio management tasks, collaborating with Commercial and Global teams
- Manage marketing budget, ensuring marketing activities achieve expectations
**Who we are looking for**:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, a Life Science, or Engineering preferred (though not essential)
- Experience in marketing campaign development and execution (offline and digital) with a proven ability to efficiently implement marketing plans to drive revenue growth
- Able to visit customers to draw insight
- Impactful communication and influencing skills, confident presentation & analytical skills
- Strong record working in cross-functional teams and operating within a complex organisation to achieve goals
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
- Able to travel internationally (up to 25% per annum) including some overnight stays
