**Key Responsibilities

- in charge of supporting the EMEA Marketing Team through the **Program Management** of all the key activities that are part of the Marketing & Comms strategy both in the geo and at WW level

- these include both the 5 marketing transformation pillars (Media, Blueprint, Customer Experience, CRM, One Lenovo) as well as all Segments Marketing Strategy.

And extend to the Global Media COE currently being set-up

- keeps track of the main initiatives, schedules, cadence.

Defines, implements and manages **internal missing processes** to allow an overall smooth execution of all key initiatives

- builds and manage a single view of the **Geo Marketing KPIs**, dashboard and budgets across all BUs in the geo

- designs and implements a new **Content Management and Localization Strateg**y and procedures to enable an optimized and synergetic approach to content.

Makes order in the "content mess", collecting what is available in the BUs, at HQ and country level, putting it all together and ordering it according to a predefined criteria, allowing **cost optimization**:

- anticipates, picks up and solve **operational problems** when they arise

- becomes a day-to-day **"Swiss Clock"** for the whole marketing team, both EHQ and Markets

**Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

- very strong track record in program / project management, with an ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time

- strong overall understanding of the whole marketing cycle, from strategy to planning to execution.

- solid experience in building marketing processes and tools in fast moving organizations

- excellent stakeholders management skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels

- a proactive, effective, fast moving and efficient operational person, with an attitude of anticipating problems and driving them to resolution

- a self-starter, able to surf across a complex organization to get things done, breaking barriers when needed

- Has worked in multiple different organizations, building experience across different businesses and dynamics

- demonstrate an entrepreneurial like mindset and can-do attitude

- perfect English both written and spoken an absolute must.
