**What we are looking for

Amplifon is looking for a talented EMEA Planning & Control Manager to join the EMEA Region Planning & Control team.

The EMEA Planning & Control function is promoting the key added value initiatives for the group and is determining long and short-term financial goals, outlining the company's financial direction.

With a solid line to the EMEA Finance Sr Director, the person is going to support the management in taking relevant decisions by providing insights and analysis on the business performance.

**Position detail

The EMEA Planning & Control Manager will be accountable for:

- Manages the global 3 years plans and the monthly Forecast (for both, P&L and Balance Sheet)

- Leases with regions and countries' finance teams

- Ensures achievement of financial targets & implements action plans

- Prepares management reporting for the Board of Directors

- Buddies with business partners on all elements of financial performance and strategy

**What you'll need Education and experience

University degree (with preference to Economics)

5-8 years of experience in Finance and Planning & Control function

Previous experience in a multinational and complex environment

Fluency in English

International experience is a plus and open to relocating abroad
