**Role Function and Group

Supply - Procurement - Raw Materials

Manage third party supply agreements and the associated external interfaces for a portfolio of raw materials within EMEA providing effective leadership and expertise for materials, linking the external marketplace with internal business needs through development and execution of sourcing strategies.

This position has supervisory responsibility for the EMEA Raw Materials Buyers.

Key Output

- Sourcing execution: ensure flawless supply of raw materials to plants in the region.

- Responsible for tactical sourcing of ad-hoc purchase for specific plants in a region

- Responsible for minimizing value leakage in sourcing execution.

- Supervise and provide work direction for the EMEA Raw Materials Buyers.

- Establish relationships with internal clients at multiple levels and communicate effectively to ensure alignment of objectives

- Establish relationships with key suppliers at sourcing levels to follow-up on performance issues and improve supply security and minimize value leakage

- Ensure appropriate resolution of supply exceptions

- Develop Supplier Sourcing Risk Assessments, with associated contingency plans

- Understand the Operational Risk associated with the activities carried out and ensure plans are in place to manage where appropriate (e. g.

SSI tool, high financial risk suppliers)

- Coordinate and/or implement changes ensuring flawless introduction of new suppliers/materials through collaborative working cross functionally

- Ensure compliance to operational integrity procedures, business & financial control processes, training and assessment schedules internally

- Represent Infineum's Procurement function in internal and external discussions

- Engineering degree; Chemical Engineering preferred
