JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

The EMEA Regional Trainer is responsible for the virtual and face to face delivery, facilitation and monitoring of learning activities across his/her assigned area of expertise and scope.

Provides a consultative interaction with stakeholders to promote alignment of the training contents to the business needs and to the relevant target (Travel Retail & Boutiques).

This includes partnering with education leadership and internal business stakeholders in creating learning curriculums, engaging activities, and impactful content for all learners within his/her assigned area.

This role will also provide reporting aligned with KPIs and build monthly updates to be reviewed with internal stakeholders.

The dynamic nature of this role requires an environment of continuous improvement within the overall objective of enhancing business value.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:

- Virtual and face to face delivery (% of time may vary) of engaging and impactful virtual training across topics and learner groups.

- Planning: responsible of their training calendar, contribution to the design and adaptation of training contents

- Needs analysis: interaction with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute learning plans according to the needs of different target learners

- Tracking and delivery on learning KPI's.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Learning, Education, Communication or equivalent

- Project Management experience or equivalent

- 3 to 6 years of successful, and verifiable experience, in training management or closely related field

- Extensive experience managing complex and cross functional projects

- Extensive experience with public speaking and online training facilitation

- Familiar working with Business stakeholders at all levels of an organization

- Working knowledge of how to effectively work in a global organization

- Strong Business Orientation

- Working knowledge of the Eyewear, Wholesale, and/or Retail Industry

- Familiar with Luxury and Fashion Brands

- Solid experience with Microsoft Suite

- Fluent English
