**What makes you, makes Zegna

As Retail Operations Assistant you will support the Retail Operations Team ensuring deployment of Corporate guidelines, policies and procedures in retail network.

**What makes up your day

- Deploy Corporate guidelines, policies and procedures, checking the day-to-day on field adoption;

- Assure that in-store services (traffic counters, fragrance, store supplies, uniforms, . . . ) are duly managed and optimized;

- Monitor stock and sell through on a day-to-day basis to ensure cost effective management and the Merchandising Dept decisions are duly executed.

- Support Stores in all the retail operations activities

We're looking for someone with:

- Organizational skills;

- Ability to work in team;

- Fluent English, other languages a plus

- At least 6 months experience in similar role, preferred within Supply chain industry or Retail companies.
