Job Mission:

Responsible for supporting the brand strategy development and driving its implementation for one or more brands in a specific market, area or region.

Main Activity:

Define the brand strategy and brand architecture, including consumer target definitions, brand performance curves and brand roadmaps Develop and execute brand marketing plans to drive growth and profitability and improve brand health Embed brandstrategies throughout the organization Guide and approve branded product stories and claims Guide development and approve visual brand language Own the creative and consumer touch point strategy of the brand and ensure consistent execution throughout the region Deliver effective brand communication tools, content and creativity through all consumer-facing touch points, including launch packages, advertising, in-store and digital experience, PR, international events Brief Pan-European service providers and negotiate and manage contracts Efficient and effective budget management Create effective and engaged teams Manage and execute HR processes ensuring their implementation for his own population Support talent management process (selection, development and career path) Ensure team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication Drive his group and enable the right level of cooperation among functions Ensure appropriate development, training and coaching for the direct reports Provide leadership and mentorship to the entire team Ensure communication of vision and strategy for his area of responsibility above and below within the organization Attend Educational activities Connect with us and learn more about Whirlpool Corporation See what it's like to work at Whirlpool by visiting Whirlpool Careers.
