Emea Service Marketing Manager
Role Overview The EMEA Service Marketing Communication Manager is an integral part of the EMEA Service offering Team and will work with the EMEA Service Offering Director, the EMEA Service Offering Managers, and the key stakeholders mentioned below to drive market-oriented prioritization of product and service offering launches that are relevant and accretive to the P&L of EMEA as a first priority, and measure of success in this role.
This individual will lead the classification of these launches with "awareness" vs "ready to sell" so that communications to all EMEA internal stakeholders, countries and especially the sales function are unambiguous.
In addition, from time to time, this role will be asked to participate in the broader EMEA Service Leadership initiatives on an ad-hoc basis to advance the overall growth and productivity of Services to better respond to our customers and ensure that our workforce is safe.
This position will be at the forefront of working with the EMEA Service Offering Commercial leader and responsible for setting up the regular cadence with the country Sales leaders, and EMEA Service Customer Success Managers (CSM).
Moreover, they will support the EMEA Commercial Service Offering leader with driving traction by engage in the New Product Development Introduction (NPDI) process and help achieve customer success metrics with the CSMs for Service through addressing Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvement needs.
Areas of Responsibility The EMEA Service Marketing Communication Manager will work with the EMEA Service Offering Director and Offering Managers to identify the key service offerings that will deliver growth on a rolling 12-month basis and prioritize these for launches including brochures, flyers, battle-cards and other launch materials to enable the EMEA Service Sales force to sell the EMEA Service portfolio.
Work with the Service Offering team at EMEA specific content development promoting Services (internally or externally depending on the case) such as presentations, brochures, newsletters, white papers, case studies or web content.
Work with the EMEA Service Offering team at market memos and Scopes of Work on new services, pricing updates or any other specific topic requiring these.
Work collaboratively with the Global Marketing team to prepare globally driven offering introduction in EMEA whilst always championing the EMEA priorities based on impact on the P&L. Drive introduction timeline on the basis of the bandwidth of the EMEA Service Offering team.
Work with Global and Regional Service and Product Offering at NPDI-related activities to ensure the Service piece is included in new product collaterals.
Work with the Global Marketing and EMEA Offering teams at the regionalization of globally driven contents (from possible content modifications to translations).
Work with central and local sales force at specific Service initiatives requiring marketing support.
Work with Service Offering Director and leadership team at preparation of events such as the annual Sales Meeting or other possible ad-hoc initiatives.
Work with regional Event Manager to provide EMEA Service contents for EMEA events.
Work with EMEA Portfolio Marketing Manager and Field Marketers to support them in preparing Service contents and messages for local events.
Be the bridge between Service Offering and other marketing functions to accompany customers in their journey towards lead / opportunity generation and ultimately order.
