Master or Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldcombined with a significant talent sourcing experienceStrong experience in recruiting for "hard to fill" positionsSophisticated and advanced sourcing methodologies & techniquesExperience working in a demanding & complex environment with it comes to talent scarcity & on-demand skillsExperiencerecruiting in the Life Sciences sector is an asset, not mandatoryAdditional Skills:
Demonstrated experience directly sourcing external passive talentDemonstrated personal accountability and integrity.
