Emea Sustainability Manager

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Sustainability Manager for the EMEA Region, reporting to the global Head of Sustainability.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the compilation and drafting of CNH Industrial reporting and disclosures on its sustainability strategy and performance, covering key Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics
- Proactively build relationships on sustainability reporting with key internal business partners as major content owners
- Support in the development of the annual of the Sustainability Report
- Develop educational materials for internal and external stakeholders related to sustainability reporting, disclosure and trends
- Conduct peer benchmarking and proactively monitor, assess, and evaluate impact of ESG-related standards and trends to derive insights to appropriately inform the reporting strategy and drive best-in-class ESG disclosures.
Support responses to rating agencies questionnaires for inclusion in sustainability indexes (Dow Jones Sustainability Index, CDP Climate Change, CDP Water, EcoVadis, etc. )
and interaction with ESG investors
- Support ESG reporting in the organization by defining metrics and designing and implementing consistent data collection processes
- Conduct benchmarking analysis, internal assessment, and data collection
- Monitoring of external trends and regulations
- Conduct stakeholder engagement activities for materiality analysis
- Support our social performance initiatives by synthesizing audit findings and communicating progress
- Work cross-functionally to ensure our Sustainable Impact Strategy and key KPIs are integrated across the company's greater corporate strategy
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years' experience in ESG strategy and non-financial reporting frameworks
- Exposure to financial and non-financial reporting and/or regulatory reporting
- Knowledge of the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), TCFD, SASB, CSRD (Corporate Social Responsibility Directive) and the EU taxonomy
- Knowledge and experience with applicable global sustainability standards (GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD)
- Post-secondary degree in Sustainability, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Understanding of ESG reporting, both in terms of legislation and investor expectations
- Strong project management and coordination skills for report compilation
- Experience in effectively communicating and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders that may have differing views on sustainability topics
- Strong understanding of ESG-related frameworks such as SASB, GRI, TCFD, etc.
and relevant ESG reporting and disclosure expectations and trends, including evolving standards from ISSB
- Demonstrated passion and interest in driving environmental and social change through business
- Strong organizational, critical thinking; including ability to recommend practical solutions to complex challenges in a dynamic environment
- Self-starter - enthusiasm and willingness to learn and stay abreast of constantly evolving developments
