**Tasks and Qualifications**:

1. The **EMEA **System Engineering **is responsible for growing and managing a team of System Integration Managers and System Integration Engineers that are responsible for design integrity across the project, ensuring that the integrated solution meets expectations for functionality and throughput as defined in the contract and measured by acceptance testing.

This responsibility starts in the Sales phase and concludes at hand-over to Customer Service.

The Senior Manager will participate during the pre-contract phase to ensure the solution will achieve the contract requirements, the conditions of guarantee are identified, and the acceptance test language supports the physical, functional, throughput and availability requirements.

The Senior Manager must establish and maintain the process, templates and tools required to perform the System Integration function.

Coordination with global leaders is required to maintain and align with global requirements.

The **Head of System Engineering **will partner with the technical training team to track the System Integration Manager and System Integration Engineers skills as well as to develop training to support onboarding and to improve and maintain skills required to ensure Dematic meets throughput guarantees for complex supply chain automation projects

**Accountabilities

- Build, maintain and lead a team of System Integration Managers and System Intgration Engineers at the levels required to support Dematic's project business.

- Collaborate with Regional Project Leaders to maintain the Purpose, Scope, Roles & Responsibilities, RACI, Processes, Deliverables, and KPIs for System Integration & Testing.

- Partner with key functions to optimize the full project execution process with cross-functional roles & responsibilities to improve project technical outcomes.

- Partner with functional and global peers to develop strategic initiatives and execute tangible and measurable improvement programs

- Facilitate and build organizational capabilities by using effective change management techniques and by empowering and coaching team members.

- Partner with functions including Solution Development, GPE, and PMO to progress standardization activities.

- Foster a culture of EHS and Compliance to protect our employees, company, customers, and partners
