**Required Skills and Experience**:
- **Recruitment Expertise**: Proven success in recruitment, handling both permanent and contract roles.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Ability to effectively liaise with clients, showcasing a positive, decisive, and forward-thinking approach.
- **Strategic Insight**: Strong reasoning, reporting, and organizational skills, complemented by excellent presentation abilities.
- **Industry Acumen**: Sound understanding of market sectors, competitors, and adept problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- **Professional Acumen**: Project professionalism, influence at all levels, and network within large client sites. **Resilience and Drive**: A resilient, flexible attitude coupled with an achievement orientation, driving activities to successful conclusions.
**Preferred Experience**:
- **On-Site Proficiency**: Experience in on-site environments or familiarity with on-site interview demands.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Proven experience managing complex accounts and client situations, including competency-based interviewing.
