Sustainability is a Bridgestone key priority area.

Within sustainability several streams have been activated to improve resources efficiency; some of these are linked to the recycle and renewable resources.

Pyrolysis is one of the technology that can bring good contribution to increase circular material content in the tire.

BSEMIA aims to build up an appropriate ecosystem along the entire supply chain starting from ELT management until conversion to raw materials to be returned to production facilities.

Having in mind the above, partnering with companies that will be able to optimize the output for the production of raw material (i. e.

Filler, Polymer) will be key to succeed to achieve this goal.

Above activities requires to have good overview of circular economy along the value chain and on top networking with potential players in the E2E process.

Scouting - business strategy - financial viability assessment and appropriate collaboration with internal stakeholder are instrumental for the above tasks.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_

- Supporting role to the Head of Circular Economy and End of Life Tire

- Support Ecosystem validation including financial assessment in collaboration with key stakeholder

- Support business model through scenarios build up

- Review all processes and activities of BSEMIA company and identify improvement and CE opportunities

- Support Scouting open loop opportunities

- Support the Implementation of 3rd party certification

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

University (degree) - Economy, business administration, engineer

Previous experience or participation to courses or certification linked to ESG, Sustainability, Circular Economy is a plus
