**You will**:

- Provide accurate employee relations advice to line managers, employees and HR colleagues based on employment legislation, Electrolux policies and local practice agreements

- Resolve issues escalated from the HR Service team, either through own knowledge or through discussion with Centre of Expertise team and provide support for specific cases, and inform/involve Business Partners as necessary

- Liaise with legal team/Country HR Manager for complex cases where expert input is needed

- Support managers and HR Business Partners / Country HR Manager / Centre of Expertise teams in completing industrial relations activities on site

- Analyse trends in employment issues handled through HR Services, and identify areas for potential process/policy/tool improvement, driving process improvement initiatives as appropriate

- Work closely with Business Partners to calculate the labour cost

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in HR area or fresh graduate in law or economy discipline with enthusiasm and passion for industrial relations

- Good knowledge of Italian labour law

- Business acumen and problem solving attitude

- A deep belief in personal ability to make a valuable difference to the business and a deep sense of core values that drive behaviour

- Independency and strong personal integrity with an empathetic and agile approach

- Ability to build and manage deep, strong and trusting relationships with business and Colleagues

- Analytical, logical skills and digital attitude

- Italian and English are required languages

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook OS and Windows operating systems)

**Where you'll be**:

You will be based in Electrolux Dishcare Manufacturing plant in Solaro, Milan area.
