For a multinational company in the pharmaceutical field, we are looking for an Employee & Labor Specialist.

The Employee & Labor Relations Specialist is responsible for managing Employee Relations cases for designated workforce group(s). Management of Employee Relations includes, but is not limited to, assistance with complex employment policy interpretation, workforce grievances, and advice to management on discipline.

Work area: Latina and sometimes Pratica di Mare.

Responsibilities:Support Labor / Employee Relations Cluster Leader to provide a high level of service to employees, HR Community, and Business Leaders. Work closely with HR business partners and relevant stakeholders on all employee and labor relations topics. Serve as the first line contact to human resources by providing guidance and assistance to employees for policy inquiries and employee-related issues. Provide employee relations support, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement counseling. Communicate policy updates and changes to HR Council, business, and employees.
