What You'll Do

You will build and lead the integrated internal communications strategy to inform, engage, and inspire EMEA South employees which comes from Italy, Spain, Israel, Portugal and Greece.

Working in partnership with stakeholders across the business and supporting the South Leadership Team - you will develop creative stories and content to evolve our narrative and enhance our channels.

Bringing your 6 + years of experience, you will demonstrate the ability to prioritize and focus on the areas where communications can have a high impact and deliver tangible results around influencing our audience's perceptions, attitudes and behaviors.

**Role Requirements**:

- Thinks strategically and creatively to drive all aspects of business, executive and employee communications for the South Theatre organization, in alignment with the EMEAR business priorities.

- Develops and delivers on an integrated communications strategy and plan for the theatre that is aligned to the EMEAR regional and business goals, outcomes, and business priorities.

- Creates original content whilst also adapting existing content for communication campaigns including messaging, narratives, presentations, blogs, bylined articles, multimedia content etc.

- Positions the Theatre VP and Countries General Manager externally with keynotes, blogs and on social media.

- Works in true collaboration with individuals and teams to extract relevant information from multiple sources and blend into a range of communications

- Demonstrates a high degree of poise, professionalism and take the initiative.

- Is responsible for metrics, quality of communications outcomes, and delivery on time.

- Is considered a strategic partner and advisor to stakeholders and key interfaces.

- Based in Italy (preferably Milan)
