A. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) is a leading employee benefits consultancy and insurance broker. We will count on you to: Be updated with the employee benefit services and all the solutions that we can provide to the clients; Coordinate the management and renewal activities with client executives and the Employee Health & Benefits team; Be a great communicator and relationship builder. Every day you will interact with clients and help them solve their benefit insurance issues; Assist in the management of submitting coverage specifications and obtaining quotations from carriers; Be responsible for the development and delivery of assigned clients' health and well-being programs and solutions to improve client outcomes related to human capital, including program development, welfare, and building the right benefits strategy for businesses and their employees. What you need to have: University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc. ), Law, Political, Social and Administrative Sciences, International Relations, HR or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining, with a brilliant academic path; Fluency in English and Italian; Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
