Through this internship, you will have the chance to support the HR & Communication Team in this mission while writing your thesis about the power that employer branding activities hold when it comes to attracting and retaining talents.

Your responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of Employer Branding programs and events;Support the Country HR to coordinate special projects;Assist in the creation and launch of Employer Branding related communications;Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends;Participate in activities with target universities and assist in the scouting of new events;Data analysis & reporting;Live core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Your background:

You are attending a bachelor/master degree in HR related subjects, Communication, or Humanities and looking for a thesis internship;Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;Fluency in English and Italian;Willingness to learn and interest in the HR field;Knowledge of Adobe applications for layout work is a plus;Hands-on creative skills for developing assets (PowerPoint presentations, visual materials);A collaborative approach, proactivity, and precision complete the profile.
