Company Description OUTMATIC psa is a trusted software outsourcer based in Warsaw, helping companies build their next big projects. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an End User Computing Specialist (EUC Specialist) at OUTMATIC psa for our client based in Italy.

The specialist will be responsiblefor the seamless setup, deployment, and ongoing support of end user devices and operating systems across the organization.

The ideal candidate will leverage deep technical expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android environments, utilize deployment and remote management tools (e. g. , Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune, JAMF Pro), and apply strong scripting skills in PowerShell and bash.

In addition to technical skills, the role demands excellent problem-solving abilities, proactive planning, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure a consistent, secure, and efficient user computing environment. Key Responsibilities: Device Setup & Configuration: Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android) for end users.

Ensure all devices meet company standards for security and performance.

Deployment & Remote Management: Manage and execute deployments using tools such as Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, and JAMF Pro.

Monitor device compliance and deploy patches, updates, and new features.

Scripting & Automation: Develop and maintain scripts (using PowerShell and bash) to automate repetitive tasks and streamline troubleshooting.

Work on process improvements to reduce manual workload and enhance system efficiency.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide second and third-line support for complex technical issues.

Diagnose problems quickly and propose effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Proactive IT Strategy: Anticipate potential issues such as product end-of-life cycles and emerging security threats.

Research and recommend new features or tools that can enhance the overall end user computing experience.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to support organizational technology initiatives.

Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that users are informed and trained.

Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Ensure adherence to industry best practices and internal policies. Qualifications: This role requires fluency in Italian.

Fluency in English or Polish are considered a plus. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Technical Expertise: Proven experience with end user operating systems including Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android.

Hands-on experience with deployment and remote management tools such as SCCM, Intune, and JAMF Pro.

Strong proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell and bash).

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Proactive and forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate issues and plan strategically.

Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical details into understandable information for non-technical users.

Keen attention to detail to ensure consistent and secure device setups.

Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications (e. g. , Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, JAMF Certified Technician) are a plus.
