End User Support Engineer
We are looking for adedicated Onsite Support Engineerto join our team and support one of our prestigious clients.
This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong technical background to ensure seamless IT operations and excellent end-user support in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:Incident Management & Technical Support Diagnose and resolve ITincidentsefficiently. Fulfillservice requestsand ensure timely resolutions. ExecuteIMACD(Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) requests for IT hardware and software. ProvideHands & Eyes supportfor IT infrastructure devices. OfferVIP supportwhen required. Support and maintainmeeting room IT equipment, performing periodic preventive checks. Assist withIT vending machinesandDigital Bar end-user support(where applicable). Provide support forWindows, Mac, and Linux environments. Infrastructure & System Maintenance Assist withplanned and unplanned infrastructure activities, including first-level troubleshooting under the guidance of relevant teams. Provideprinting service supportand troubleshoot printer-related issues. Escortthird-party engineersonsite for IT service interventions. Hands & Eyes Support As part of theHands & Eyes service, the onsite engineer will perform physical checks, troubleshooting, and basic interventions under the direction of remote resolver teams.

Network & Security SupportServer & Hosting InfrastructurePrinters & Print ProvidersTeleconference, Videoconference, and Audio-Visual EquipmentDesk Phones, Smartphones, and BYOD DevicesOther IT-Related Hardware and ServicesThe onsite engineer willexecute tasks as directed by the resolver team, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Asset & Inventory Management Assist in managingonsite stock and spare equipment. Place requests for asset procurement and update IT systems (Asset DB). Ensure compliance withIT policies, processes, and best practicesas defined by the IT service provider and client. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experiencein IT support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management. Strong knowledge ofWindows, Mac, and Linux operating systems. Ability to followtechnical instructions and processesaccurately. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skillsto support end users effectively. Experience withIT service management tools(e. g. , Asset DB, ITSM platforms) is a plus.
