Position Join our team as " Energy Advisor Service Solution Engineering Specialist " from our headquarters' offices in Padova, IT, and remotely from home.

S/he hierarchically reports to the

Group Marketing Manager of Services , within the

Solution Marketing Department.

Guaranteeing the definition in terms of values and operative processes for a successful energy optimization service proposal , to support clients reducing energy costs, improve building performance, and contribute to environmental sustainability.

MAIN GOAL S/he is accountable for the

creation and management of Energy advisor services , to support clients by reducing energy costs, improve building performance, and contribute to environmental sustainability.

Within The Role, S/he Should Conduct thorough inspections and remote data analysis of HVAC and Refrigeration systems

in commercial buildings

to assess current energy usage

and identify areas for improvement.

Create detailed

reports templates

that outline the actual versus potential energy performance and recommended improvements.

Stay updated on energy regulations ,

subsidies , and

incentives.

Define

education program for clients

on energy-saving practices and the benefits of energy-efficient technologies.

Involve all relevant internal resources for achieving the service targets.

Setup training with regions

and

subsidiaries

technical reference.

Improve processes and tools for service operations.

Thanks to experience on Energy Advisor service, s/he should support the sales organizations by: creating documentations by highlighting the value of the service proposal (i. e.

application notes, business cases, live demos…).

proposing new packages of services which better fit the customer's needs.

S/he Should Strongly Cooperate With HVAC and Refrigeration Service Engineers.

Service project delivery teams in Regions/Subsidiaries.

Platforms, by cooperating for the servitization of the Carel portfolio.

Requirements A good understanding of

energy systems , including electricity, heating, and HVAC, as well as renewable energy technologies.

Effective communication

capabilities of technical and financial concepts.

Negotiations capabilities in technical discussions.

Care management of structured customer.

Statistical analytics skills.

Project management.

Good written and spoken English.

Analytical thinker.

Ability to work by priority.

Ability to operate in cross functional global teams.

Availability for short business trip abroad.
