Job Description: Job Responsibilities Manage or support the management of EU R&D projects, in the field of industrial efficiency, energy efficiency, renewable sources, hydrogen, decarbonization & energy transition Contribute to RINA's activities of technical development, in the framework of EU funded projects also interacting with international partners Contribute to or deliver reports and results of European research and innovation projects involving industrial efficiency, and hydrogen Contribute to the creation of new opportunities and the preparation of new proposals in the framework of European and international R&D programmes Contribute to the growth of RINA's network of R&D partners in the field of industrial efficiency, and hydrogen Qualifications Fluent in English and Italian Excellent reporting skills both verbal and written Capacity to conduct research, organize work and produce results Good attitude to teamwork Open-minded to innovation, creativity and good attitude to networking Competencies MAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraints ADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective way MANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one's and other's emotions and express and regulate one's reactions CLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfaction EARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversity PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role Model THINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the future PIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstances BUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organization Education Degree in energy/mechanical engineering with focus on industrial efficiency, energy efficiency, renewable sources, and hydrogen
