With a strong presence in theUK, Germany, Poland, South Africa, and Italy, we are looking for an experiencedEnergy Marshalsfor a contract opportunities in Milan and Ireland.

Your Role:As anEnergy Marshal, you will be the key expert in ensuring thesafe operation, maintenance, and managementof high-voltage electrical systems within critical data center environments.

You'll oversee HV switching operations, enforce compliance with safety regulations, and uphold the integrity of mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:HV Switching Operations– Oversee switching, isolation, and restoration of HV systems with strict adherence to safety rules.

Safety & Compliance– Take charge of health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and safety permit issuance.

Maintenance & Inspection– Conduct inspections, troubleshoot faults, and manage HV equipment maintenance.

Training & Development– Maintain your professional authorisation and mentor team members in HV safety best practices.

Documentation & Reporting– Keep detailed records of all HV works and ensure compliance with industry standards.

What You'll Need:Essential:HV authorisation per local regulations.

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

Hands-on experience with HV systems, safety regulations, and fault management.

Knowledge ofBS7671and other relevant safety protocols.

Experience inlarge industrial or data centerenvironments.

Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
