We foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes. We're currently looking for an Energy Originator to join our M Renewables team in Italy in our Milan offices.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of Metlen's client portfolio and the origination and negotiation of revenue contracts for the company's solar and BESS portfolio.

Your role will encompass: Maintain knowledge of the PPA market in active markets, including PPA providers, competitor activity, market prices and available products/structures.

Explore market and promote new products, with a focus on Italy and Spain.

Assist in preparing materials for corporate PPA tenders and client dialogues.

Support the company in assessing scenario analyses for the current and new pipeline of projects in Europe.

Oversee and develop Customer Care Origination with a particular focus on the photovoltaic and BESS clusters, in line with strategic objectives defined by the group.

Promote, negotiate and conclude long-term PPA contracts and other structured products.

What you bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.

2+ years of experience in energy trading, renewables energy market or PPA origination in Italian and/or other European markets.

Strategic, commercial and analytical skills.

Ability to multitask and work with hands-on approach.

Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables and macros) and Power Paint.

Italian and English knowledge is required, Spanish is considered a plus.
